Easy Returns and Exchanges

At scrubology.com, we take great pride in the quality of our products. If, within 30 days, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the item for an exchange or refund of the merchandise value.

The following policies apply to all returns:

  • An original receipt, packing slip or gift receipt is required for all returns. Merchandise must be unworn and in good condition.
  • Returns with the original purchase receipt will be exchanged or refunded in the original tender.
  • Returns with a gift receipt will be exchanged or refunded with a merchandise credit for the value indicated on the gift receipt.
  • We cannot accept returns of personalized or monogrammed merchandise items except when due to defect.
  • Items purchased on scrubology.com may not be returned or exchanged at any Work 'N Gear, Sears, or Kmart store.

Returning or Exchanging an Online Purchase

We want you to love what you ordered, but if something isn't right, let us know. We'll give you a refund or send you another color, a new size, or an entirely different style.

  • You can return or exchange items by mail or UPS within 30 days of your order date.
  • Unfortunately, there are no returns or exchanges for online or in-store FINAL SALE merchandise.
  • Return and exchange process is valid for orders from U.S. Territories, A.P.O. and F.P.O.

Returns or Exchanges by USPS Mail

Return your purchase by USPS within 30 days of your order date, and ship it to:

If you would like to make an exchange, then order your new item at the same time by calling Scrubology Customer Service at 855-727-8265. If an item was damaged or incorrect, your new items will be shipped at no cost to you. We'll bill your credit card for the new merchandise and process your credit for returned merchandise as soon as we receive it.

What's eligible for return?

You can return or exchange any item that's in its original condition (unwashed and unworn) or defective, unless it was purchased for final sale.

Can I return any online purchase to a store?

No, online purchases are not eligible for store returns and must be returned using our easy mail return process.

Can I return Final Sale items online or to a store?

No, we do not accept returns or exchanges on final sale merchandise, online or in stores.

What if I used a promotion code to make my purchase?

You can exchange the item for the same style in a different size or color. Or, you can apply a credit for the amount you paid towards a new item at its current price. A previously used promotion code cannot be applied to the sale of a different item.

What if I want a refund but I used a gift card?

No problem. We make all refunds in the original form of payment. So if you used a gift card to make your purchase, you'll receive a refund on a gift card.
