Each year, before the cold of winter hits the northern states, this program provides thousands of pairs of gently worn boots to those in need. Customers turn in their old work boots and receive a credit for a new pair. "We wanted a way to serve the less fortunate and a boot trade seemed like the perfect solution to a big problem," says DiPaolo. "The old boots are provided to the homeless across twelve states".
